Lynn's Hula Hut is a repurposed office trailer. This bamboo bar is a tropical bohemian paradise that would make even Paul Gauguin proud. The waterside tiki bar is as laid back as its creator Lynn Calvo, author of the cocktail book, Tiki with a Twist.
The daughter of a commercial lobsterman, Lynn returned to Montauk after years of traveling and it is here that her love of design, mixology, music and entertaining all come together to create this interesting and relaxing Montauk retreat.
Lynn's Hula Hut successfully combines an island's vibe infused with Pacific Rim culture and the soul of Montauk.
Relax in the Zen Den where a peaceful Buddha greets you, and enjoy one of our handcrafted signature cocktails. Each are created with the freshest ingredients from east end farms, herbs grown on site and tropical fruits and spices.
You will be "Hooked on Hula Juice" as the locals say! It's just one of the many naturally infused liquors created by Lynn.
We feature a small but delicious chalk board menu.
We proudly present original music by some of the best singer/songwriters on our bamboo stage.
If you're lucky, you can catch some of Montauk's finest artists displaying their work in our kiosk.
